Quick room check
- A quiet room with soft furnishings: carpet, curtains, a couch or a bed.
- Hold or prop the phone 20 to 30 cm from your mouth.
- Use the same spot every session, so recordings match.
- No music, TV, fans, air conditioner or dishwasher running.
- Speak naturally, the way you'd talk to a customer. No need to put on a voice.
- Have a glass of water handy.
